Incredible hosts with lovely made-to-order breakfast.

my stay was delightful, with a perfect room and the warm hospitality of the owners, which made me feel right at home especially with the stunning views at the nearby old packhorse bridge just a short stroll away and the adventurous vibe at landmark forest adventure park not too far, making my city exploring absolutely enjoyable.

The inviting atmosphere, combined with delightful recommendations for local attractions, made our stay special. The beauty of the surrounding pine forest offered peaceful nature walks, adding to our memorable experience at Dalrachney Lodge.

Missing out on enjoying more of the inviting gardens felt like a lost opportunity during my brief one-night stay. While the hotel bar and lounge were open, they could've been more enticing for unwinding after exploring. A bit of chill in the dining area also detracted from an otherwise stellar breakfast experience.

The stay was cozy, but the WiFi constantly dropped out, which was frustrating.

so glad to find nothing wrong here, aside from the fact that the dining area was a bit chilly, which made breakfast less enjoyable, and well, the bar was dull, definitly missed an opportunity to relax. I even wanted a room upgrade but I just couldn't get that either. Would have been a 5-star review, almost!

The tree-lined drive and sunlit lawns create a serene atmosphere that feels like a retreat. The rooms, particularly the Superior King, are fitted to a very high standard, blending comfort with a charming, stately home vibe.

The bar inside was not really utilized during my stay, which felt like a missed opportunity to unwind further. Although the surroundings, like the gardens and river, are inviting, I wished I could have enjoyed them more during my brief visit. Another minor point was that I found the dining area a bit chilly.

dalrachney lodge exceeded my expectations this summer. the lovely superior king room was a standout, and the made-to-order breakfast was delicious. steve and tracy were incredibly warm and provided great recommendations for nearby attractions.
